The Details

Tasting Note Pale straw in colour with bright green highlights. Flavours of fresh lime, lemon blossom, green apple and kaffir lime leaf are complemented by notes of jasmine, white peach and citrus sherbet, with hints of wet stone and mineral complexity. Flavours are vibrant, fresh and appealing with generous notes of citrus blossom, lime zest, lemongrass, ripe green apple and a touch of white nectarine. Balanced by fine natural acidity and a refreshing, slatey finish with lingering flavours of citrus and stone fruit.
Best Enjoyed With Fresh Coffin Bay oysters, salt-and-pepper squid, grilled King George whiting or a Vietnamese rice noodle salad with herbs and lime. For a vegetarian option, pair with crispy tofu, green papaya salad and a citrus dressing.
