1. Promoter

Hill-Smith Family Estates (ABN 17 007 871 427), 40 Eden Valley Road, Angaston, South Australia 5353 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is only open to residents of the Australia aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrants”).
2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousins.
2.3 Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 Promotion commences at 15:00AEDT 2nd December 2025 and ends at 15:00AEDT 9th December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Eligible Entrants must complete the following criteria during the Promotion Period:
a) Follow @jansztasmania and @wildbonde on Instagram;
b) Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official competition post. Each individual tag constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple tags permitted unless automated or fraudulent;
c) Share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @jansztasmania for one (1) bonus entry.
d) Private accounts must ensure their Story entry can be viewed by the Promoter.
4.2 Internet access is required. The cost of accessing the relevant platforms will depend on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider and any costs incurred in accessing Instagram are at the entrant’s expense.

5. Verification & Invalid Entries

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5.2 Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5.3 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random through the prize draw, which will take place at the Hill-Smith Family Estates’ office, 40 Eden Valley Rd, Angaston, 5353, South Australia on December 9th, 2025.
6.2 The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the draw.
6.3 The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
6.4 If a re-draw is required, it will take place on December 12th, 2025 at Hill-Smith Family Estates, Angaston, 5353, South Australia, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message.

7. Prize & Value

7.1 The winner will receive:
a) One (1) framed Jess Bonde x Jansz Tasmania print of the winner’s choice (820 x 1000mm) (approximate prize value $300.00); and
b) Two (2) bottles of Jansz Tasmania Seasonal Release Premium Cuvée (approximate prize value $66.00).
7.2 The total prize value is $366.00.
7.3 Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7.4 Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.
7.5 If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
7.6 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

8.1 Entrant’s personal information will be collected and used for administration of this promotion and prize fulfilment in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://www.jansz.com.au/helpful-things/privacy-policy.html
8.2 If entrants consent to marketing, information may be used for that purpose until the entrant opts out.

9. Publication of Results

9.1 The winner’s surname, initial and State/Territory may be published on the Promoter’s social media or website for transparency purposes. Entrants may request suppression of publication; however, details may still be disclosed to regulators if required.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
c) technical disruptions, network outages or third-party system failure;
d) lost, late, corrupted or misdirected entries;
e) any injury, loss or damage suffered by entry or prize use, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Once the prize is dispatched, risk transfers to the winner.

11. General

11.1 If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions of the lottery authorities, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 Entry implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11.4 Entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
11.5 The promotion encourages responsible consumption of alcohol.
